01 / About Loadout

BUILT FOR INDIAN ESPORTS ENGAGED.

Operated by Onyx Enterprises — a partnership firm, MSME registered (Udyam) — Run by humans who actually game in Noida.

Loadout started in one operator's gaming room in Noida in January 2025, after one too many group-buys of keyboards that arrived in a beaten-up brown box with no serial, no invoice, and no easy way back. The fix wasn't exotic — it was honest.

Pick products we genuinely use. Ship them in tamper-evident packaging. Attach a real warranty. Answer WhatsApp on the same day.

We don't list things we haven't tested. We don't drop-ship things we can't trace. Everything in our armory passes through one wholesale line on its way to you, and is logged with a serial, a batch, and a human-inspector's initials on the packing slip.

Today, every unit goes out from our Noida warehouse under Loadout — a brand of Onyx Enterprises.

Operator-tested gear

Every SKU is validated on a desk at our Noida warehouse for at least a week before listing. If a unit lies about its polling rate, it never hits the armory.

Authentic sourcing

We buy in sealed bulk and break bulk ourselves. Country-of-origin is printed on the box, on the slip, and on the invoice. No third-party reseller hand-off.

Indian esports engaged

Our community gallery surfaces real operator setups from real customers — UGC is the brand, not stock imagery.
