Customers who purchased before 9 October 2026 can extend their existing 1-year warranty by an additional 12 months for a fee of ₹1,500. Contact us via WhatsApp to opt in.

Film the sealed package before you open it — start at the shipping label and keep the camera rolling through the unboxing. Returns without an unboxing video cannot be processed.
What the warranty covers
Warranty applies to electronic products only — audio, keyboards, mice and PCB modules.
Keycaps, switches and mousepads carry no warranty; for those, only the 7-day return policy applies.
Doorstep pickup for an RMA is chargeable at ₹150. We ship the replacement product back to you for free.
Step 1 · Initiate
Click 'START A RETURN' below. The form prefills order ID and routes to our WhatsApp with a pre-composed message. You can also email support@loadout.co.in with subject '<Order ID> Warranty / RMA'.
Step 2 · Inspection
Upload two short videos: (a) the unboxing clip showing tamper seal intact, (b) the fault demonstrated in normal usage. We respond within 6 store-hours with the next move.
Step 3 · Resolution
If the fault is DOA — wrongly-shipped — or transit-damaged, we send a prepaid reverse-shipment label and dispatch a replacement unit from the next available batch (≤ 7 business days) OR a full refund. If the fault is non-DOA and outside the 7-day window, the warranty path applies: replacement of OEM-grade parts from the brand's India distributor.
Step 4 · Refund
Razorpay refund initiated within 1 business day. Settled to original payment method in 5-7 business days.

Warranty exclusions
Warranty is VOID in the following scenarios:
• Modifications of any kind — physical (PCB drilled, chassis cracked) or firmware beyond factory-default
• Accidental damage — drops, impacts, spills or liquid ingress
• Normal wear and tear — keycap shine, mousepad discolouration, cable fraying, cosmetic ageing
• Electricity-related damage — power surges, unstable supply, wrong voltage or faulty ports
• Disassembly beyond factory-intended hot-swap — switch and keycap swaps are fine; opening the chassis is not
