You can cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse. To do so, log in to your account, navigate to 'Manage your Order,' and select the 'Cancel' option for the desired order. If the 'Cancel' button is unavailable, it means your order has been dispatched. In such cases, please contact our support team at support@loadout.co.in.
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, you can update your delivery address by canceling the original order and placing a new one with the correct address. Alternatively, contact our customer care team at support@loadout.co.in for assistance.
Please contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving the product, providing images and an unboxing video of the incorrect item. Reach out to us at support@loadout.co.in, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Returns are accepted only for items with manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery. Ensure you provide a recorded unboxing video and a video demonstrating the defect when contacting us at support@loadout.co.in
