SHIPPING POLICY

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 0-7 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. ONYX ENTERPRISES is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 0-7 days (for in-stock items) from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation (pre orders 3-4 weeks). Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. Domestic Shipping

  • Shipping Timeline: All in-stock orders are typically shipped within 2-3 working days from the time of order placement, unless otherwise mentioned on the product page. Orders containing pre-ordered or backordered items will be shipped once all items are available and processed. (Usually 3-4 weeks)

  • Delivery Timeline: Products are generally delivered within 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary for remote or non-urban locations and during periods of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Free Shipping: Shipping is free on all orders, express air shipping charges are extra and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Shipping Methods: Most orders are shipped via our preferred delivery partners. If the destination is not serviceable by them, we will attempt to deliver using other carriers.

  • Address Modifications: Once the order has been picked up by the courier, changes to the delivery address cannot be made.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to process and dispatch orders promptly, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • High order volumes

  • Lockdowns or transport disruptions

  • Natural disasters or other acts of God

General Policies

  • No Weekend or Holiday Processing: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding national and public holidays.

  • Non-Cancellable Orders: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Restricted Items: Orders containing items such as liquids, hazardous goods, or those with a volumetric weight greater than 5kg will be shipped via surface transport.
