Good news 🗞️ @​everyone Sep 1 batch (pre orders from Sep 1-10) has cleared customs 🛃 🟢 and arrived at our warehouse. Packing will start tomorrow and some items will be shipped out tomorrow (Saturday) and some on Monday-Tuesday. Please have some patience as I’m handling the inventory sorting and packing myself with a broken a$$ shoulder You will automatically get the tracking details via Shiprocket once it’s packed so wait for that till Monday. I will be taking my time with this because I don’t want to mess up my already messed up shoulder before surgery Sep 2 batch (orders from Sep 11-22) will come in a 7-9 days time depending on the load at customs. (It’s festive season doing the best we can) Sep 3 batch (orders from Sep 23-30) is 10-12 days out Peace out 🥷

Please wait at least 1-2 days for Shiprocket to automatically send you tracking details via email/whatsapp. Anyone wanting Porter delivery in delhi/NCR please ping in As you know with the tensions in Middle East and Europe, along with 2 week long national holidays in China coming up from October, pretty much all importers in India are panic importing goods and customs dept is overwhelmed and cargo flights are also hard to get at this time. Regardless, we’re doing our absolute best to keep things going from our side so you all receive your products As for the Sep 1 batch (Pre orders from Sep 1-10) including custom orders as well will be reaching us in a few days as well, so shipping is expected in the coming week itself. Sep 2 batch (pre orders from Sep 11-20) will be coming here in like 10-1

@​everyone just got a notification from customs for Aug 2 batch pending shipment (wireless keyboards, wireless mice, custom orders) this will reach us on Wednesday-Thursday. Idk why but battery parcels are getting scrutinized way more and creating backlogs. We will ship on priority once it comes here. | Ab Customs ko gaali de sakte ho Next batch (Orders from Aug 22 - Aug 31) should be reaching in 3-5 days though thankfully that's on schedule

@​everyone Aug 1 batch has already reached us (pre orders from July 24- August 10) it’s being packed today. Dispatch starts tomorrow onwards. Some might get picked up today as well. You’ll automatically receive tracking details once your courier label is generated. Please ping me in your for Porter delivery in Delhi-NCR if it hasn’t been sent yet. There’s just too much stuff so it’s taking ol unc some time August (Aug2 batch) 11-21 orders are going to be in transit to India in 1-2 days so expected to reach in 7-9 days. Freebies will be there in all parcels valued above 2000 so please check the outer courier bag packaging thoroughly

Hey @​everyone the Xinmeng lot for pre orders till July 31 has cleared customs 🛃 🟢 and arriving today. This shipment also has some extra talongames mousepads, Capere Saturns, VXE R1’s, skates, and some RMA’d items. These will get shipped out on Monday onwards as I’ll be packing them myself over the weekend All other pre orders from July 24 - August 10, and some custom orders are in transit and are expected to clear customs and reach us sometime in the coming week around the weekend realistically. Those waiting on my reply for custom orders or RMA support on tickets, I will reply to you as soon as I get some time today, thank you for your patience. @​everyone Jul2 has cleared customs, we should be getting it by tomorrow and everything will be shipped over the weekend till Monday or so. A family member is hospitalized currently so it’s a tough time right now in our family. Mine and ’s availability will be limited till next week. Please ping in for any help you may need until then.
