WARRANTY AND RMA

At Loadout, we stand behind the quality of our products. All keyboards and mice come with a 1-year limited warranty unless otherwise stated, covering manufacturing defects. However, the following components have specific warranty terms:

  • Internal Batteries and USB Cables: 6-month warranty.

 

What the Warranty Covers

This warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects and excludes damage caused by misuse, negligence, or external factors.

 

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty will be voided in the following cases:

  1. Modifications or Repairs:

    • Keyboards or mice that have been opened, modified, or repaired, including but not limited to lubrication of switches, foam modding, or application of switch films.

  2. Breakage from Improper Use:

    • Switches or keycaps broken due to excessive force or improper installation.

  3. Wear and Tear:

    • Discoloration, scratches, plastic shine, loose USB ports or hotswap sockets, and general usage wear.

  4. Factory Tolerances:

    • Variations in switch feel, such as differences in spring weight or factory lubrication.

    • Sounds like “pings” or “rattles” in mechanical keyboards.

  5. User Error:

    • Damage from spills, drops, excessive force, or exposure to excessive power.

  6. Unauthorized Repairs:

    • Third-party repair attempts without approval from Loadout.

 

How to Claim Warranty

  1. Email us at support@loadout.co.in with the following:

    • Description of the issue.

    • Proof of purchase.

    • A video showing the defect clearly.

  2. Once validated, Loadout will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund.

    • If stock for the product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Note for CoD Orders: Refunds for Cash-on-Delivery payments will require customers to provide their bank details or opt for a store credit equivalent.

 

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Process

Loadout provides free RMA processing for items covered under their standard manufacturer’s warranty.

How to Initiate RMA:

  1. Contact us at support@loadout.co.in. 

  2. Follow the instructions provided after submission.

Processing Time:

Once the product is received, RMA processing may take 2–4 weeks.
